As for me, it is a very important site for my professional work. it is very useful. I need native speakers’ voices for my English lessons. I’m a teacher. But I’ve faced with two problems: the speaker can’t read any phonemes and it will be great if you expand the speaker’s vocabulary, she doesn’t know (or can’t read) the words such as cyme, cynicism (I have just checked the reading of these words, she could read them, but when they are in a list of words, she pronounces them incorrectly). Update: In the spirit of honesty, I owe Deepbrain this update and I am happy to do it. I did contact them and they resolved the situation very fast and I liked the outcome. I do think now they are committed to offer their customers a good experience. Now, with that out of the way, my complaint was never about their actual product.
I decided to use it in first place because it is a good product. It gets things done fast, with excellent quality and it is easy to use.
I am an entrepreneur not a tech person. My job is to make money, to produce things that sell, not to spend countless hours learning how to use complicated software. And for that, Deepbrain studio works perfectly.
Below is my original review.

First, I got charged $30 more than what I should have.When i contacted customer service I never got a solution. Second, my videos were frozen for more than a week, I was not able to download them, I still got charged for the whole month. Then one video I worked in for more than 8 hours just dissapeared, customer service again just dismissed my claim. Now, I can’t access my account. What do you like best about AI Studios?
Ease of Use: Seriously, if you can type, you can make videos. The interface is intuitive, and the AI understands my prompts surprisingly well.
Customization: It’s not just cookie-cutter templates. I can tweak scripts, choose from various voices/avatars, add my own branding… it feels like MY video, not something generic.
Time Saver: This is HUGE. What used to take me days (writing scripts, finding footage, editing) is now done in hours. That’s time I can spend on other parts of my business.
Quality: The output isn’t perfect, but it’s more than good enough for social media, presentations, etc. The AI voices are natural-sounding, and the visuals are sharp.
