I have paid for a one year subscription and I have rerated spending this money everyday since. The list of basic functionality that does not work is to long to type it all out here, but I’ll list a few.
Not able to load new media to where the timeline cursor is, not able to scroll the timeline unless you zoom in or out, no snap fit, and if you use b-roll after you added captions, then you loose your captions and your sound. Then they have a 2 day refund policy that is only valid if you’ve not used the software.
They do this because they know everyone will refund after just using the tool for one day.
I gave them 2 stars because although their support is not able to resolve any issues, they do respond quickly, and the Getty videos and images come in handy. Date of experience:
