As a Brazilian, the only thing I didn't like very much was the price, our currency compared to the dollar is weak, but it's still worth paying for the service.

I’ve tried a few different AI note takers, and this one does far better. It also records the whole meeting automatically. I even use the mobile app to record in-person meetings. The transcription I used to get from Microsoft Teams automatically didn’t do a great job. I think it is because MeetGeek uses AI to run through the text to figure out what I actually said to correct spelling and punctuate properly. The summaries are really on point, and they give time stamps to the place in the video to review if I want. However, what I liked most, and what I see as a difference in the other 4 platforms I tested, was the quality of the information that came in the summary email, after the meetings. All other platforms direct you to the page within the website to access complete meeting information. At MeetGeek, all relevant information comes in the email itself, and this action for a CS team, which is constantly sharing information with customers, is very relevant and makes access to this information much easier. What do you like best about MeetGeek.ai?
It was really easy for me to link Meetgeek to my Google Calendar so that it joins all of my meetings. It sits in the meeting as a participant and records + transcribes the entire thing with a high degree of accuracy. It also provides a summary after the meeting, which you can tailor based on certain key words or a meeting agenda, which is really cool. One thing I found unique about Meetgeek is the analysis of the meeting – it tells you how many participants there were, what the speaker sentiment was like, and which keywords were used the most throughout the meeting.
At the end of the meeting, you get a summary emailed to you, with a link to view the full thing, which means I don’t need to go searching afterwards, which is helpful. The summary also includes time-stamps on each of the summarised items, as well as action points.
I’ve used a couple of these meeting recorder tools, and Meetgeek’s summary + action point list are the most accurate.

The meeting insights, summaries, takeaways, next steps are put together excellently and with total accuracy. The automated features that came even with the free version were also excellent. For our team this has been a game changer, allowing us to optimize our time and also distrubute information with quantum speed. For a fast growing organization like ours, Meetgeek is a non-starter for us. It also is the easiest out of the bunch to integrate with our calendars and various vidoe modalities too. As a freelancer I have a lot of calls with my clients to update them on the projects and sometimes information gets lost. Thanks to the call transcripts I can go back and review everything we said and make sure my work is compliant with what was asked and if the client “remembers it differently” we have an impartial and objective source to find out who was right and what was said
