I really love the user interface and how I can filter data or build dashboard with intuitiveness. It's really simple and easy for someone just on-board to learn.
The only available exports by default are PDFs and Powerpoints, which make it difficult to integrate into my Google Data Studio Reporting dashboard.

API Limitations

Além disso, o SAC 2.0 na ferramenta também é excelente, especialmente na hora de taguear as temáticas. Além disso, é possível obter excelentes visualizações através de suas dashboards. De forma geral, a Socialbakers nos traz excelentes funcionalidades que, nos entregam bastante insights.
Cons:
Na aba “influencers” da ferramenta, a ferramenta também deveria considerar influenciadores locais (Brasil) e inclusive, influenciadores menores (com menos de 01 milhão de seguidores no Instagram, por exemplo), pois isso nos ajudaria muito nos próximos mapeamentos de influencers. No que diz as redes sociais, a ferramenta poderia nos entregar mais dados sobre impacto no Twitter, e também, entregar mais dados sobre YouTube, Linkedin e Pinterest. Acredito que na parte de social listening, a ferramenta pode apresentar algumas melhoras, talvez se inspirar em ferramentas como Stilingue e principalmente, Meltwater. Neste sentido, o Socialbakers poderá ser uma ferramenta cada vez mais completa e imbatível!

Pros:
What I love most about this tool is the simplicity and how it makes it allows you to track keywords on every social network.
Cons:
If there is anything I least like about social bakers it will be the notifications but can’t do without them either.

A métrica de interação por 1k fãs que dá uma visão distorcida; A falta de informação sobre dados de alcance de concorrentes; Acho confuso a parte de roles e permissions, que nem sempre funciona como configuramos; A quantidade de swaps dos planos e os valores altos para contratar mais; O filtro de busca por influenciadores nem sempre funcionam bem.

In addition, it is a very intuitive tool, that anyone in the team can use it even if they are not part of the analytics or data team.

Some of the tools that I consider fantastic are the creation of reports, which are automatic and easy to create, the AI implementation to improve copies, and the Inspiration asset where I can review and get inspired by what other companies are doing.
Customer support chat is also an incredible tool and a fantastic feature to get a follow-up instantly. I’m happy to say that I don’t often use this asset, as the platform usually works great.
The integration of many social media platforms including TikTok is incredible. Everything works perfectly and in real-time, like the posts publishing is instant, the publishing of comments and notifications are also received at the instant. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Messages and comments management: we received a lot of messages that require instant attention as many of them are leads. The platform is user-friendly and has many filters and assets that help us to manage properly every message, also the assignment tool works fantastic and it helps us to assign messages to the proper departments and provide an answer according to their message.
