I believe that the full potential of Paradox is most accessible when using their native products and systems – rather than integrating with an ATS or CRM. While they have an incredibly talented integrations team that supports standard and custom integrations, I believe that companies that make the transformational leap from traditional HR tech to a Paradox-centric experience will reap the most benefit. Too many to list. Honestly a better what to put it is that for every challenge we come across, we always start with “can Paradox help us solve for this?” The answer is usually “yes.” We have consolidated so much of our tech stack into Paradox solutions, that we rarely need to look beyond Paradox for much these days. Name a recruiting function, and we are probably using Paradox for it today. Paradox Olivia is one of the most valuable tools in our recruiting tech stack. Candidates like the convenience of applying from their mobile device using SMS text messaging. Our recruiters like that Paradox Olivia is fully integrated with our applicant tracking system (ATS), eliminating the need to work in multiple systems and saving them time. We’ve increased satisfaction and improved efficiency using Paradox Olivia’s automated pre-screening and real-time interview scheduling. We are now able to better reach and serve candidates that don’t have easy access to a desktop computer and/or don’t regularly browse online job boards. We like that Paradox Olivia provides inbound and outbound candidate engagement via text messaging. Post-implementation, their system has been consistently reliable and easy-to-manage/maintain. It just works. Their team and culture are top notch. They’ve actively sought to understand our business and goals. They’ve done a good job aligning their recommendations to our needs. We’ve reached more candidates by providing a path for job seekers to apply that do not have regular access to a desktop computer. We’ve saved time using Paradox’s automated pre-screening and interview scheduling. Our recruiters now spend less time with candidates that are not qualified or interested, and more time engaging qualified candidates in a personal, one-on-one manner. I feel the staff is overloaded. Specifically, during our launch, small website edits/changes were taking weeks when our contract outlined 24-48 hours. Grace has been VERY responsive ever since I raised my concern about the time it’s taking and things have been a lot better.
