Pros:
You can select any type of reports to show: Campaigns,Outreach funnel, Email Conversion, etc. It’s very straightforward but informative!
Cons:
It is sometimes hard to identify what fields to choose in every report. Some fields are named completely the same but can be located in other parent fields. I hope we have a way to define each KPI so we know what they mean and how they function despite they are named the same.

Fantastic Tool and Service

Pros:
We did a trial with Findem, using both their software alone (for low volume roles) and their sourcing accelerator (for high volume roles). I love the overall ease of use and the high intuitivity of the product. The types of searches I am able to complete via Findem are exactly what I’ve been desiring but could never find in LinkedIn Recruiter or any other sourcing tool. Sending outreach/drip campaigns is very easy via Findem and the metrics are easy to view and understand. As great as the product is, my favorite part of working with Findem has been their team. Their entire team (from sourcers, to sales and customer experience folks, all the way up to leadership) provides a truly outstanding experience. Weekly calls with them were useful and supportive; they were always incredibly open to feedback and quickly acted on any concerns or stumbling blocks we found. The team is full of warm, empathetic folks who are always a joy to chat with and top notch reliable.
Cons:
The variety and range of searches you can specify is fantastic, however, I think the software is still learning and has some room to improve. The quality of candidates searches surface is still often a mixed bag of slam dunks and non-fits.

There are so many features about Findem that I like. I like that I am able to separate my searches into different cities so that I can find the candidates that are closest to our clients. I like the ability that it allows us to set up an email campaign, utilizing their templates with the ability to tweek them and make them your own or just make your own from scratch. I like that I can create tags for people in my searches so that I can easily filter whichever candidates I’m wanting to focus on at the moment. I have not had a lot of time to utilize all the functions of the CRM but from what I’ve done so far, I really like it. We have candidates that we get from job fairs that aren’t graduated yet so I can set them up on an email campaign and be able to keep in touch with them with ease! What do you dislike about Findem?
One thing that I have noticed that I haven’t liked about Findem is that sometimes there are other peoples emails attached to people they have no relation to. I am not sure how that happens. I think with tags, it would be better if there was an area where I could create a list of tags that I use commonly and then when I click on tags in different searches they show up. Currently if I create a new search, I have to create tags for that search as well. I just feel like that could be streamlined better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is allowing me to reach out to a large number of candidates with bulk sourcing. It’s helpful to have almost everything you need in one place. The interface is intuitive and can be used effectively by both experienced and newer recruiters. The candidate outreach automation is customizable in real time, and also in a “set it and forget it” modality as well. I have had job titles and posting links change mid-stream, and have been able to easily to pause and/or easily edit the outreach cadence content with no interuption to the recruitment process. Our contacts at FindEm (particularly Joe) are readily available, proactive, and helpful. I also find the on demand videos helpful to brush up or if I need help with a step or new feature. While I do like that new features are constantly being added or improved, it does create a bit more potential for user error, but that also be a personal preference more than an actual issue. The ATS feature is a great addition, but isn’t always accurate so I have seen candidates being reached out to after already going through the process. The biggest issue I have personally is not being notified in an overt enough way when a candidate expresses interest. I have played around with my email folders and filters and for some reason I still have to manually go into the job campaign in findem and review each candidate response and then search for their name in my email and reply. This means that candidates can get lost in the shuffle, or not receieve a timely enough response. Again, more of a personal issue, and others may not have the same experience, but everything else is so automated that I don’t want candidates to be left out of the most important part, which is human contact.
