Trello is a high-performance, web-based Kanban-style list-making app that has changed the way I manage tasks. Since its inception by Fog Creek Software in 2011 and eventual spin-off into a separate entity in 2014, it has continually evolved, especially after its acquisition by Atlassian in 2017. The intuitive drag-and-drop interface makes organising tasks and tracking progress simple and effective. For anyone looking to improve productivity and streamline their workflow, Trello is an invaluable tool. I have implemented this tool in more than one project of mine and have been very pleased with its performance.

Overall:
It’s honestly hard to think of cons; I am extremely satisfied with this software. However, one issue I’ve encountered is the inability to post images solely in the comments—any image posted also gets added to the attachments. For my needs, I want images in comments to remain separate from those in attachments to avoid confusion and disorganization. If users had the option to keep images exclusive to the comment section, this software would be truly perfect.
Pros:
If you’re not using Trello for task management, you should be. It’s the best software out there for this purpose, incredibly easy to learn and master—I got the hang of it in just 5-15 minutes. Trello’s ability to create unlimited lists to customize our workplace pipeline is invaluable. I can update my boss on task progress with a couple of clicks, and she instantly gets notified and provides feedback. I constantly use labels and checklists to track smaller details, ensuring we both fully understand the current status of tasks. My co-workers also use it, making it easy to check project statuses without having to ask them directly. This software has truly transformed the way I work, and I can’t imagine going back to a time before Trello.
Cons:
It’s honestly hard to think of cons, I am just extremely satisfied with this software. Although one I can think of is the inability to post images in just the comments, if you post an image, it will be added to the attachments as well. For my use case, I want images in the comments and images I add to the attachments to be separate as it can get a bit unorganized and confusing. If they let users have the option to keep an image exclusive to the comment section then the software would be truly perfect.

Overall:
Great for project management for small teams
Pros:
The basic kanban-style board fits most projects and situations. The card-layout makes it very well-organized and all of my team-members quickly got the hang of it.
Cons:
To acces the most useful functions (power-ups) you need to upgrade. You don’t have a lot of options for team-member roles or permissions. They can basically do everything within your board and that makes it messy sometimes. The design is a bit dated and not very aesthetic, it doesn’t have that professional look some other task management software does have.

Trello, I like this software, it is easy to use it from computers, PCs, mobile devices and search engines, it allows you to organize the activities and information of a work program using your boards, lists and cards, the board is the place to decide the location and start of the work of a program, the lists serve to support and detail the theme or argument that reinforces the board, the lists also specify the movement or displacement in detail of each task, finally the cards facilitate adding the work that must be completed in a while determined. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Trello?

What do you like best about Trello?
Trello is deal for job management and tracking project progress. Personally, I use it to keep track of to-do lists, Passwords and usernames and other crucial private information such as access codes. It features a free version, which is usually sufficient for the initial stages. Very simple to use and integrate with other third- party applications. It is ideal for project management, and progress tracking, particularly with remote teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Trello?
Card creation should be more secure to prevent unauthorized alerations. When creating new boards, information may be posted twice within the board. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What problems is Trello solving and how is that benefiting you?
We utilize Trello to plan the many stages of a project. Every column has a specific action to complete, and each assignment can be moved to an effective action. When it is finished, you can edit the schedule and update the entire table. I also manage a variety of marketing campaigns and mediums, keep track of client files, and use them to plan future tasks for my legel company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Trello?
I really like its interface, all its tools load super fast, it allows me to create cards in which I can drag and drop my scheduled activities, I can assign these very easily to any member of the team.
Another very good advantage is that it has a tool to create diagrams, reports and the possibility of installing plugins to send emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Trello?
The customization of the boards is too limited, I can only change the background image, the stickers are few, and the monthly cost is not fixed and varies depending on the number of people on the team.
As for the additional plugins (Power-Ups), these are very helpful, however sometimes they do not offer many options and are very limited, it depends on the service you want to integrate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What problems is Trello solving and how is that benefiting you?
For my work team and the company, Trello has been a tool with which we have streamlined our work, since it allowed us to improve the monitoring of our pending activities, improved the workflow and also helps us generate reports of all the activities carried out.
