From the first message we told them to close it. They’ve had this thing open for a year. They are literally stealing money from a child’s account in a 3rd world country with funds set aside to do community outreach. Also, I checked the forums, and people write that the tech is mediocre. Save your time and money. There are better technologies out there with customer service that doesn’t try to rip off users. When companies are this desperate to keep subscribers, RUN.
