One improvement I would suggest is handling threaded thoughts. Sometimes my ideas diverge from the main article, and these threads are often short. I don’t want to include them in the main article, but creating a new page for each thread would result in too many pages. My optimal experience would be having the ability to add something similar to comments to a word and I could edited freely in that.
