Customer Service is HORRIBLE! I purchased a combo deal (template and strategy) in which the individual components were highly rated.
I didn’t have a reason to look at the individual component pages, or so I thought. The page for the combo deal did not indicate that a Hero subscription was required. That’s only stated on the individual component pages.
The combo deal is non-refundable. The individual components are refundable if you spend more money to purchase each individually.
I am now out $70. I reached out to Cryptohopper and was simply told, “Sorry about that.” when I pointed out that the combo deal page doesn’t state a Hero subscription is required and they refuse to refund me.
UPDATE: I disputed the charge with PayPal and provided screenshots of the combo package page and the pages for the individual packages in the bundle. PayPal agreed with me and issued a refund. CryptoHopper has NOT, as of 11/29/2024, updated the combo package page to reflect the package requirements. Date of experience:
